Mr. Speaker, the business incentive policy which is the policy we have with the manufacturers is part of the spill-out with the department following the consultation we had, I have yet to receive some recommendations from officials on exactly what we should do with the old business incentive policy, whether we should leave it as it is, or we should make some changes to it and within that context we will be responding to the question regarding the policy on manufacturers.
