It is not a point of order, but for clarification, to remind the Members that when you get up to ask a question you have an opportunity to explain your question, the preamble. Then you ask your question. Then you ask three questions to the response of what the Ministers have to say. I am just reminding the Members not to continuously have the preamble and then the questions for all the questions. You should only have one preamble and then your supplementary questions.
