My final supplementary question to the Premier is, you are changing the rules of the negotiations of the Northern Accord, there is change in regards to the commitment you have within the land claim agreements which clearly states, you are strictly talking about oil and gas and minerals. So, that obligation has to be fulfilled before you can add on anything else to the Accord.
