I would not want to make unilateral decisions without consulting with ordinary Members of this Assembly, and we have already agreed on a process of papers or change in government direction or what we are doing, to come through Cabinet, then go through the appropriate committees and then come to the House, so I would not want to change that process without consulting with all of the Members in this Assembly.
