My question pertains to future business plans similar to the business plans that are proposed for our Departments and my understanding is that these particular corporations have never presented business plans and I want to know if this year they will start presenting business plans, considering the fact that they have spent a half billion dollars over the last five years and we need to know what it is they are going and where they are going.
