I would like to recognize Mr. Louie Pilakapsi, Mr. Pilakapsi is the former president of the KIA, former mayor of the community of Rankin Inlet, has been an active spokesperson for Inuit in a claim and the drive towards Nunavut for the last 20 years, a man that I have a lot of respect for.
