A very important question that, which as of today, and I would like to assure my honourable colleague that in keeping with our original plan for a two year strategy to meet the balanced budget that I will be making a statement tomorrow or the next day with respect to the current situation, which I believe is, we are on track, and am confident that with the Members support, of course, on the continuing commitment to balance the budget for 1997 that we will meet that track and under no circumstances do we want to place ourselves in a position where both the children east and west are left with a legacy of debt.
