Mr. Speaker, what I am trying to convey to the honourable Members is the fact that we put in our capital submissions on behalf of health boards and agencies to provide health care services throughout the Northwest Territories, so if there was a request that came forward, from that board requesting this type of equipment, and we felt that it was appropriate, then I would, as the Minister of Health, submit that on their behalf for financing, Mr. Speaker.
