Mr. Speaker, I can only say that if I knew there was a 100 million to be made by simply putting a million, I would put the million forward today. So, it is directly proportional to the benefits which we are able to reap at the other end. If there are zero benefits, there will probably be zero dollars. At least in the first instance, I would say that I am prepared to provide whatever resources are necessary to make a true assessment of the potential in the oil and gas sector, from the geographic area that the member is addressing.
