Thank you, Mr. Chairman. That level of detail, at this time, has not been concluded with the three parties that are involved through the political accord: the GNWT, the federal government and NTI. Discussions are currently under way with respect to the federal Cabinet submission that is going in on this initial submission for Nunavut. In that document, which goes to the federal Cabinet, we have to be a party to the detail of it because of the confidential nature and the fact that it's a Cabinet document. We were given some assurances -- Mr. Morin, myself, Mr. Eetoolook from NTI and Mr. Amagoalik from the NIC -- that once that document is approved, assuming it's approved by the federal Cabinet, Mr. Irwin would share the detail of it with us later next month when the Nunavut leaders' summit meets somewhere in Nunavut.
