Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I would like to assure the Member that the communities will be fully consulted on the community empowerment approaches that we are trying to achieve. The whole reason for trying to work with the communities is so the communities can finally start making the decisions of their day-to-day lives in their communities on the programs that are being administered in their communities. So it will be done in a very close working relationship with the communities. Thank you.
