Thank you, Mr. Speaker. If I knew exactly what position the honourable Member is talking about, perhaps I could be more precise in my answer. There was a position that was filled and the person who was in that position took on another job with another organization. This was a vacant position and we filled it. As for putting new PYs and new people into Nunavut in the Department of Transportation, we have taken direction of the standing committee and haven't moved any additional PYs into the East until we have done a review of the transfer.
