Even if we focus on just the residential subdivision work, in the disparity in the numbers, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that, as Mr. Picco says, there is no fairity in the process. Maybe that's politics but, on the same note, I think that it certainly deserves more consideration and, as Mr. Krutko indicated, we are only speaking about, in this case, the residential subdivision work projects, but there seems to be this type of disparity through the whole process.
