Mr. Speaker, it is possible for us to finish the sealskins here in the Northwest Territories and to manufacture a finished product, whether it be coats, briefcases, mitts, footwear or other accessories. We believe we can create opportunities for businesses to get into manufacturing so that we don't just ship out sealskins to southern manufacturers to do the production down South.
