In the decision put forward as the proposed closure of Delta House, was the cost of treatment looked at in comparison to the savings that would be done, or otherwise saved, by helping people to be less dependent on the system when they become ill and so on? For every dollar, we spend, we save money when it comes to health care costs. So, the closure of a facility reduces the amount of treatment available. Did the department look at savings there, or impacted savings, for the long term? Thank you.
