Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, as each of us come to the Legislative Assembly each morning, we are reminded of the number of days left until division of the Territories take place. I believe we are in the around eight hundred mark as of today. My question is to the Deputy Premier or to Mr. Todd, responsible for Division Committee. Either one may answer it, as they see fit. My question is, does the government have an action plan outlining the important decisions which need to be made, and the major steps which need to be taken within a specific time frame, in order to effectively achieve and prepare for the creation of the new western territory and Nunavut.
