In a response to a question earlier this week by the Member when he asked whether I could get back to him in terms of outline what the proceeds from the insurance would be, I sent him a letter in which I stated that I could not say what the proceeds would be from the insurance, because we do not know yet for sure. We are working on the assumption that it will cover the cost, but I can tell the Member that, in the past, we have had some problems. For instance, when the school in Apex burned down, we did not receive all the proceeds from insurance that we had expected. We do not really know until the negotiations are finished with the insurance company exactly what we are going to get. I cannot specifically answer the Member's question at this point in time, and expect to have the answer in two or three months. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
