Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I am quite sure the Minister and his officials have probably looked at these proposals and made the right decision. I would not want to second guess him on that regard. I would still be interested in the reasons why. I would also ask the Minister maybe if he could respond to the question of whether those proposals will be looked at again in the future for privatization, if the concerns that were brought up for not awarding it at this time, would be alleviated some time in the future.
