Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question will be directed to the Premier. In response to my earlier questions, the Premier said, as we have heard in this House before, that the Government of the Northwest Territories cannot be the engine of the economy. But through his work with the panel and hopefully with the department of Financial Management Board Secretariat, is there anything being done where this government is not, so to speak, the engine of the economy, but at least the fuel of the engine?
