Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I think it would be a bit more clear if I put it this way. I have been informed by the Department of Justice and the Government House Leader that there is no room at all in our legislative agenda in the next year and a half to put through an architectural act. However, the work that has been put together, so far, is valuable in that it could be used in future acts. We just do not have the time to do it at this point.
