Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, in the case of the all-weather road that was just opened last Saturday to the community of Jean Marie for 27 km. That was a 30-year process to get it, from the time they first requested it until it was completed. It took that long to get it completed. It was not until about 1990/91/92 that the actual planning started and now it is 1997. It took that many years before it actually got done. The process for a place like Aklavik, it will have to go through a request from the community to the department and we could take a look at it. We are operating on very limited resources in the department and at this point in time, we would probably have to start off with a very long range plan, to see something of this nature come about.
