My final supplementary is that there are guidelines presently in place in which each of the communities have to follow in regard to the amounts that they are allowed for a community such as the population of Aklavik which falls between 700 and 900 people. They receive $30,000 for community empowerment initiatives. This is one project where communities can get funding. The other project that you announced in regard to the Keewatin looking at a regional government concept as a pilot project, is costing the government money. Is this the same money that is being used to carry out that project And if not, could you divulge to this House as to the amounts that were spent to date on that project?
