Thank you, Mr. Speaker. That is disappointing news to once again be told or to hear in this Assembly that because of the lack of funding we cannot proceed with anything. I think it is time to look beyond that in new ways of achieving things and hopefully, maybe the Finance Minister listening across there is hearing this message that we find new ways of coming up with funding to provide for projects. I think that this issue needs to be dealt with and looked at. We have talked about the road for years and years it seems, even since I was a child, but I would like to know what would it take from the people of Inuvik and the Sahtu or the whole Western Territory to put this on the agenda or on the Minister's table.
