The Minister of Public Works and Services announced today improvements to the Keewatin fuel resupply in that he stated that they would be issuing a request for proposals in November to construct delivery pipelines. This issue was discussed somewhat at one of our committee meetings for resource management. The question I have, Mr. Speaker, regarding requests for proposals in this case is, why a request for proposal versus tenders? Thank you.
