Mr. Speaker I would like to recognize Mr. Ron Williams who is the vice-chair of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation board of directors and beside him is Mr. Gord Stewart who is also a director with the Northwest Territories Power Corporation and Bill Braden who is the director for corporate development with the Power Corporation. As well, Mr. Speaker, I would also like to recognize the commander of northern area headquarters, Colonel Pierre Leblanc.
