Knowing the concern and knowing the situation of the capital plan, I addressed this with the Minister of Health and Social Services last year and questioned the possibility of tying in some outside funding. Now, you have headed down and worked on that course. As we have heard earlier, are the amendments coming up critical for this partnership to be formed? Thank you.
