Thank you, Mr. Speaker. First of all, I want to publicly acknowledge my colleague's support in moving forward in this important initiative. Some Members of the House recognize the need to do this and Mr. Erasmus is one of them. The public/private partnership policy should be ready for Cabinet by the middle of November, as I am trying to fast track it, to try to accommodate the overall needs of this government and some of the needs of future governments.
