Madam Chair, I guess the issue would be, if I think I know where the Member is coming from, the health boards as the deliverers would be asked to implement the standards that we have set, and of course we would be responsible for monitoring and evaluating whether or not the standards that were set have been met. I think that is basically where we are heading as far as the responsibilities and the role and the memorandums of understanding between the department and health and social services boards in the Northwest Territories.
