Thank you, Mr. Speaker. All professionals have oaths of confidentiality depending on profession and guidelines, codes of conduct that they adhere to. I think it is important to say that no matter who that individual approached, ultimately it will be referred to whomever is responsible for the child's welfare issues in that community that has a legislative authority to apprehend, if necessary, on a temporary basis or on a longer term basis depending on the circumstances and provide for the immediate protection of that individual.
