Motions. Item 17, first reading of bills. Item 18, second reading of bills. Item 19, consideration in committee of the whole of bills and other matters. By the power given the Speaker regarding sitting hours, on Motion 3-13(5), we will move Members into committee of the whole until they are ready to report progress. With Mr. Ningark in the Chair.
