What is important to remember is that the YWCA now has full access to an apartment building in Yellowknife, the Rockhill Apartments for $1 per year and they are in fact allowed to keep any revenues they raise in rents. I will get the information, but from what I have seen, I think we have been as fair as possible to all those involved.
