With the increased workload that is placed on employees because they have to take on extra responsibilities that other bodies used to take on, is there more training being allotted for employees who take on new tasks and increase their responsibilities in the areas they are taking over? For example, we will use FMBS where we seemingly have a large amount of work with a small amount of staff or something in that area that is why we are falling behind in the area of records and employment.
