Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I am sure that there will be other motions, as some independent MLAs who have spent the last eight months putting this budget together want to change at the last minute. We need to take a co-ordinated approach to it. I need to seek counsel from the Cabinet, and the Cabinet and the FMB will decide whether or not these changes that are being recommended by the Members are consistent with our budget elimination strategy and adjustments, if agreed to, would be made then.
