Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I appreciate what the Minister has offered and the directions he has given and thank him for that. One of the main criteria for the proposal system is that sometimes the financial amount is not predictable ahead of time. But after the project is finished, I wonder if the Minister would undertake to ensure that all those bidders are informed of the final cost of the project so that this becomes public information.
