The staff person can go to their supervisor and suggest training that they see as being useful or a supervisor could suggest to a staff person that they believe that the training program being offered would be useful. Programs are publicized through HP Desk and regular communications offered by the colleges to ensure that people are aware of which programs will be offered, their locations and their costs.
