Do you wait until there is an instance, such as McPherson, or is there a way of monitoring to ensure that you are overlooking the whole departmental assets in relation to water treatment plants versus utilidors and that type of things to ensure that there is money being spent on each of them to ensure that the upkeep is there. How is that being carried out?
