Regarding the community empowerment initiative, I mentioned earlier the transfers that have taken place, there has to be a better way to manage these transfers to ensure public safety. This is a vital and most important element of these transfers. We have to ensure that we have people in place who have the experience and qualifications to carry out these responsibilities before these transfers take place. Will the Minister ensure that part of these transfers will include one of these elements in these transfers which will take place?
