Mr. Chairman. Realistically for the Department of Public Works and Services itself, there cannot be a whole lot because our capital budget this year is, I think, only $3 million plus a few dollars. It is impossible for us to determine whether client departments that are building in communities will ask us to administer and negotiate a contract because that is up to their judgement.
