As I indicated earlier, there were actually six people who we feel are going to be affected negatively in that whole process and, I think that, with that many people being affected negatively, I do not think it will cause that significant a difference to the way that we carry out the work in this department. These PY cuts were basically to try to streamline the operation of the department and at the same time try to meet the budget reduction that we are targeted with. Thank you.
