Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, it is my understanding in a majority of communities right now, that the RCMP act in that capacity to deliver summonses and serve them upon potential jurors. To my recollection, I know in my communities that they try to make sure that, if there is a unilingual individual involved, there is somebody in the household that understands what is being served and explains the process to the prospective individuals that are receiving those summonses.
