Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the Honourable Member from Denendeh, that Bill 12, An Act to Amend the Student Financial Assistance Act be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill amends the schedule to the Student Financial Assistance Act to increase the maximum aggregate of the principle amounts that may be outstanding in respect of all loans made under the act.
