Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, I wish that the Minister could be as strong as honouring the commitments that he has made in the east as he does in the west. Mr. Speaker, I am still at a loss to understand the rationale that the Minister and his department are using to justify spending another $2 million on a project that already has been given sufficient funding to pave, cap, whatever, the runway in Fort Smith.
