Thank you, Mr. Speaker. If he would look at it. I do not know if there is a way of dealing with it that would deal with just employees who work under the title of continuous. Their concern is they do not mind the reduction, it is just they have to work all the days of the year, so to speak. While other people, who are non-continuous, do not have to work on those days without pay. The Minister said he would discuss it with his staff, but will he look at the process that would be involved of discussing this with, if it is the UNW or with employees, who are affected by this?
