Mr. Chairman, I answered that question during question period. I do not have the figures here with me. I think we said there is a total of about 73 vacancies in the department. It appears abnormally high. Normally the average would be somewhere around 20 to 30 vacancies. The reason it is so high is because we are holding these newly created jobs for over 50 effected employees within the department, who we wanted to give the first opportunity to fill these jobs. Over 52 employees, I believe, have chosen not to apply at this time and have chosen layoff, so we are now in a position to start advertising these jobs to give people in the public an opportunity to apply for these positions.
