Yes, Thank you, Mr. Speaker. As I alluded to earlier, there is a reality that there is roughly $2.7 million as an extension with this program. That is significantly less dollars than what we had over the last three years because it is a three year program. There may be some concern about the way in which we distribute it. In the past, I believe that we distributed it on a per capita basis by community. Mr. Dent advises me that given the size of the monies we have in place, we may in fact be considering distributing this money on a regional basis rather then a community by community basis. That decision has not been finalized at this time. Thank you.
