In regards to the whole question about facilities, has the Minister of the department looked at the facilities in the north and what specialties they provide in regards to the whole question of healing, the family counselling side, the alcohol and drug, so that when people do know exactly what the client wants, there are particular facilities that can be identified? Has his department done that, to identify those particular areas of health or alcohol and drug treatment that can be taken into account by those particular communities, so that they realize that these facilities are out there. Has the Minister done that?
