Mr. Speaker, I have heard concerns being raised in the community of Inuvik concerning community libraries and their funding. As I heard the Minister respond to the Member from Iqaluit on the proposal that is out there, can the Minister confirm for me, and Members of this House, that there will be no changes to the community library funding situation for this fiscal year?
