Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, there is no question that it is an ambitious program because time is so short. However, the program does extend one year beyond April 1st, 1999 so that we have four years -- it works out to about three and a half years, in which to deliver the training. I believe the schedule, as it is laid out, is achievable. The college is working very aggressively to deliver their part. They are responsible for about 85 percent of the training and Nunavut Arctic College has risen to the challenge, in the three regions of Nunavut, to deliver training as quickly as possible.
