Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, part of the community assessment process involves looking at how the community is operating the programs and services it has now. Part of the benefit of doing that assessment is sometimes we can identify with the community where they can save some money through efficiencies or changing the way they deliver or operate a service. It is our intention to assist the communities to better manage the resources they have. No doubt in some communities this will mean some changes in the way they operate. It is consistent with what is going right across the country and in government as well. We do see our role in MACA as being there to work with the communities, to help them find those deficiencies and to minimize the impact of those reductions. Thank you Mr. Chairman.
