Thank you, Mr. Chairman. My understanding of the situation in Tsiigehtchic is previously we built a subdivision in Tsiigehtchic by extending a road into the expansion area which provides a supply of lots that will serve the community for some time. The money we are showing in the forecasting plan is related to extending the electrical servicing and the legal survey work that is required as the lots become needed. While we have a road constructed there, the electrical servicing has not been extended to all of those lots and would be as they become needed. Our capital forecasting plan reflects our best estimate right now as to when those lots will become needed. If it turns out the demand is higher than estimated, then we can make adjustments for it through our annual capital planning process. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
